Ghulam Mustafa studied at National College of Arts Lahore and is recipient of the President’s Award for Pride of Performance. He is at present Executive Director Punjab Council of Arts, and the General Secretary of the Artist’s Association of Punjab. He is also Provincial President of National Crafts Council .
